JC Negócios highlights the launch of NEO, a Studio JV project in Recife

The construction company Tolive is launching its third project this Thursday (12) with a PSV of R$55.5 million. NEO is the developer’s first project in Boa Viagem, led by Felipe Pacífico and José Ricardo Brennand Carvalho. Tolive has a 40% repeat investment rate among clients, who purchased units at both One and Riverside, launched in Ilha do Leite and Beira Rio. NEO will have 105 units, with studios, 1-bedroom apartments and 2-bedroom apartments with a suite and a guest bathroom. The project is by the Portuguese João Vieira, with interiors designed by Zezinho and Turíbio Santos.
