Studio JV Highlighted Among 27 Relevant Architects in Real Estate Developmen

Studio JV is a Portuguese-Brazilian architecture and design firm led by João Vieira, an architect graduated from the Faculty of Architecture at the Lusíada University of Porto, with experience as a professor at the Oslo School of Architecture and Design and over two decades of international experience.

With offices in Portugal and Brazil, Studio JV has a team of over 60 professionals of various nationalities and backgrounds. Currently, they are developing more than 80 projects of different scales, programs, and strategies, with a focus on sustainability and the intelligent use of materials and spaces.

Some projects:

• Lumare, in Vilamoura (PT), is a timeless project that explores the light and sea of ​​the Algarve. The design reflects the evolving concept of the relationship between house and apartment.
• Vistta, in Leiria (PT), features five private residences with varied typologies, situated on a plot with a 34% slope.
• NEO, in Recife (BR), translates into three-dimensionalizing the facade, offering differentiated visual framings combined with outdoor terraces.
