The project in Aveiro stands out for its dynamic volumetry, balconies in all units that extend the interior area toward the city, and a commercial space at street level that extends to level -1 in order to multiply the available area and energize the public space.
The perforated façade is inspired by the local culture: salt, water, wind, and light. It harmoniously combines brick and wood.
