The 3R project is located within the iconic Torre Oscar Niemeyer building on Botafogo Beach in Rio de Janeiro, designed by the renowned architect himself. As an Operator A company, 3R is renowned for its technical expertise, founded in three core pillars: Rethink, Redevelop and Revitalise.
The interior design reflects this philosophy, incorporating natural references throughout. The project envisions a range of diverse and distinct environments. It includes administrative and service areas, offices and an open space. The daily experience in all parts is enhanced by thoughtful communal spaces.
