Alcabideche is a residential development set on a secluded site with a particularly striking landscape backdrop.
The layout opens towards the rear of the plot, oriented to both east and west.
The design, featuring two stacked volumes, embraces a hybrid approach: an exposed concrete base topped by a timber upper floor.
Its hierarchy and movement, combined with the site’s topography, aim to break away from the typical repetitive layout of single-family housing developments.
