The Dual Borgstena Textile project is an industrial rehabilitation guided by a fresh perspective on sustainability.
Our approach begins with a thorough transformation of interior spaces and extends into a plug-in system that offers effective shading and sheltered outdoor common areas, enhancing energy efficiency and redefining the quality of the working environment.
The landscape concept introduces green areas and structured pathways that supplement the overall experience and design cohesion.
