Paysage Corpal and AZ Imóveis Launch Greenway, a New High-End Horizontal Condominium and the First with a Helipad in Curitiba

On the morning of last Tuesday (23), the construction and development company Paysage Corpal and AZ Imóveis launched Greenway, a new high-end horizontal condominium located in Santa Felicidade. At an event at Espaço Klaine, the two brands brought together real estate agents from Curitiba to present details of the project with a breakfast.

The development will occupy a 133,000 m² plot, with a natural lake, araucaria trees, preserved terrain and approximately 40,000 m² of permanent green areas. Its main differentiating factor is that it was developed to adapt to the terrain, and not the other way around.

The project arises from a demand in the real estate market to reconcile not only large square footage, sophisticated finishes, and leisure areas, but also to incorporate solutions focused on physical and emotional recovery, time management, and the quality of daily life.

The result is a horizontal condominium with 1,000 m² plots and the freedom for each resident to develop a personalized home, integrated with the surroundings and their own lifestyle. “At Greenway, we seek to create an environment where nature and well-being work together to offer an exclusive living experience,” says Gustavo Barreto, CEO of Paysage Corpal.

In addition, the development will be the first horizontal condominium in Curitiba to feature a helipad integrated into the project. The structure was designed to serve residents who value mobility, autonomy, and more efficient commutes for professional commitments and travel.

Integration with nature

The relationship with the landscape is present at all scales of the development. The landscaping is designed by botanist Ricardo Cardim, one of Brazil’s leading experts in native vegetation. The proposal includes the planting of more than 50 Araucaria trees, something rare in Curitiba’s real estate developments.

The architecture of the common areas, designed by Studio JV, an internationally active firm with offices in Lisbon and Recife, seeks to establish a continuous relationship with the landscape, enhancing the integration between built areas and nature.

Greenway incorporates the concept of “wellness recovery,” one of the most contemporary trends in the luxury market, focused on physical and emotional recovery after the demands of daily life. The curation is by the Gaya Bem-Estar spa, which developed spaces designed to transform personal care into part of residents’ daily lives, including a sauna, Kneipp circuit, and cold water immersion areas focused on physical recovery.

“When well-being is a destination, it depends on travel, available time, and planning. When it becomes part of the routine, it becomes accessible. This completely changes people’s relationship with their own care,” explains Daniela Reis, founder of Gaya Bem-Estar.

The facility will also feature a premium gym designed according to the standards of one of the country’s leading contemporary hospitality and wellness references, the Rosewood Hotel São Paulo. The project underwent consulting by Technogym, responsible for the design and equipment.
