The weeks begin with a strategic meeting between the founder, architect João Vieira, and the directors to discuss topics as project flow, deadlines, quality control, team management, strategic planning, and other essential decisions for the office’s operations.

Together, they review ongoing projects, from the concept phase to execution, ensuring a cohesive and innovative approach at every stage.

During the creative development process, João Vieira also meets with teams in design meetings to discuss the conceptual approach and architectural strategy for each project.

The development of projects also involves meetings with other specialists, ensuring that all technical aspects are respected and that the project complies with safety, sustainability, and local legislation standards.

The daily routine also requires constant communication, both between teams and with clients, which is essential to adjust and refine the projects in real-time. At the end of each week, progress is reviewed.
