Vanguard Properties invests 30 million in new project in Avenidas Novas

In an investment of 30 million euros, Vanguard Properties is investing in a new housing project, located in Avenidas Novas, in Lisbon.

The Tomás Ribeiro 79 building is a project designed by the architectural firm Studio JV, in one of the most premium areas of the city, between Saldanha and Marquês de Pombal, with privileged access to services and transport.

This is the first project in the second investment cycle of Vanguard Properties, a leader in the premium and luxury segments of the real estate market, which stands out for presenting distinctive developments, designed down to the last detail and with meticulous attention to detail.

Thanks to its proximity to Parque Eduardo VII, El Corte Inglês and several renowned hotels and restaurants, Rua Tomás Ribeiro allows you to enjoy the tranquility of the Gulbenkian gardens and the stunning views that highlight the natural light of the city of Lisbon.

With the interior design by Quiet Studios, by Spanish designer Daniela Franceschini, the project is characterized by timeless materials, marrying ancient architecture with contemporary nuances, making them protagonists of a story that endures over time.

Tomás Ribeiro 79 has 21 apartments spread over eight floors, ranging from two-bedroom to four-bedroom apartments. The development also offers 34 parking spaces, an indoor pool, sauna and concierge service. Fitness, outdoor areas, beauty and wellness treatments are available to future residents without leaving the building.

Art is present in all Vanguard Properties projects, as a way of enhancing the resident experience and enriching the Portuguese and international artistic scene. At Tomás Ribeiro 79, this vision comes to life with the selection of Pauline Guerrier, an artist whose work is deeply aligned with the concept of the project. Pauline brings a unique approach, combining techniques and materials such as drawing, artisanal merchandise, ceramics and blown glass. Pauline Guerrier’s work chosen for Tomás Ribeiro 79 reflects the essence of Vanguard’s commitment: to create spaces where art is not only contemplated, but lived, and where the home becomes an expression of sensitivity and inspiration.

“At Vanguard Properties, we don’t build houses; we provide experiences and build dreams. Tomás Ribeiro offers residents the hustle and bustle of one of the city’s most emblematic areas, while also offering a range of excellent amenities that provide unique experiences without leaving the building, the peace and quiet of being at home. This is a very distinctive project that brings a new concept of contemporaneity to Avenidas Novas,” explains José Cardoso Botelho, CEO of Vanguard Properties.

Tomás Ribeiro 79 is a project marketed by Vanguard Properties, and also co-exclusively by the brokers Porta da Frente Christie’s and Dils Portugal.

“This project was designed to harmonise contemporary architecture with Lisbon’s historical legacy. It is with great pride that, together with Dils, we bring to the market a development that redefines the concepts of quality and residential exclusivity in the Portuguese capital,” says João Cília, CEO of Porta da Frente Christie’s.

“More than just apartments, the new development aims to create true experiences for residents. Located in one of the most cosmopolitan neighborhoods in the Portuguese capital, surrounded by culture, commerce and nature, Tomás Ribeiro 79 combines the Lisbon of the past with the city of the present. The building’s design was conceived as a reinterpretation of the traditional typology, where each line is a dialogue between History and modernity”, highlights Patrícia Barão, Residential Partner at Dils Portugal.
