Vanguard invests 30 million in 21 new apartments in Lisbon
Vanguard Properties has announced a new luxury development in Lisbon, in Avenidas Novas. The project, called Tomás Ribeiro 79, represents an investment of 30 million euros and promises to redefine the concept of premium housing in the Portuguese capital.
Located between Saldanha and Marquês de Pombal, the Tomás Ribeiro 79 building is a “contemporary reinterpretation of Lisbon’s noble housing”, according to the press release sent to newsrooms.
The project, designed by Studio JV, combines modern elements with historical features, standing out for its large windows, which provide natural light, and the wooden structures on the outside, which guarantee privacy.
With eight floors and 21 apartments ranging from two to four-bedroom apartments, the development also includes 34 parking spaces and a range of exclusive amenities, such as an indoor pool, sauna and concierge service. Future residents will be able to enjoy exercise areas, wellness treatments and outdoor spaces, all without leaving the building.
The interior design was carried out by Daniela Franceschini, from Quiet Studios, who used timeless materials to harmonize classical architecture with contemporary influences. Art is also a central element of the project, with works by artist Pauline Guerrier, whose creations reflect the connection between tradition and modernity.
According to José Cardoso Botelho, CEO of Vanguard Properties, the objective of the development is to offer unique experiences to residents. “Tomás Ribeiro offers residents the hustle and bustle of one of the city’s most emblematic areas and at the same time a set of excellent amenities that provide unique experiences without leaving the building, the peace and quiet of being at home,” he highlights.
The apartments are being marketed by the developer, and are also co-exclusively by the agents Porta da Frente Christie’s and Dils Portugal.
