Tolive arrives in Boa Viagem with an innovative building for rent and a PSV of R$55.5 million
Tolive, which emerged on the Pernambuco real estate scene in 2020, in the midst of the pandemic, revealed its newest project this December. This time, the developer is arriving in the South Zone of Recife and is presenting a new building in Boa Viagem, close to Via Mangue, with innovations in rental management and a Total Sales Value of R$55.5 million.
NEO is Tolive’s third launch in four years. So far, the construction company, led by Felipe and Marina Pacífico and Marina and José Ricardo Brennand Carvalho, has been successful with its first two projects, Tolive ONE and Riverside – with all units sold.
“The intention is to show the market that, at this stage, we maintain the same commitment and motivation as at the beginning, but with the maturity to innovate and surprise even more, maintaining the essence and honoring our trademark of being disruptive and presenting new housing concepts”, explains Felipe Pacífico.
With a PSV of R$ 55.5 million, NEO will have 105 units, with a mix of configurations that includes studio apartments, 1-bedroom apartments and 2-bedroom apartments with suite and guest bathroom. The architectural project is by Studio JV, signed by renowned Portuguese architect João Vieira.
The interiors of the leisure areas and apartments are by Santos e Santos Arquitetura, led by Zezinho and Turíbio Santos, architects from Pernambuco with national presence. The typologies vary from 25.29 m² to 60.80 m². All apartments can be delivered fully furnished, decorated and equipped. Ready to move in.
LEASE MANAGEMENT
For investors, NEO offers To Invest with a full operation option, with lease management, reservations, check-in, check-out and maintenance, providing greater convenience and a better return on investment. In addition, it is possible to contract all renovation and decoration services to receive the apartments ready for use with all equipment and linens.
The shared areas will also be delivered fully equipped. Among the amenities, the highlights are coworking, meeting room, electric car charging station, laundry, convenience, pet place and a leisure area on two floors, on the top floor and rooftop, with a swimming pool with hydromassage, gourmet area, air-conditioned gym, Sky Bar and Sky Grill.
